RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Be able to identify customer Insurance needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health License.
