Role Overview
  • Support and grow the investment planning services practice.
  • Work closely with senior advisors.
  • Engage prospective clients, qualify investment opportunities.
  • Set high-quality planning appointments.
  • Assist with backend investment operations and client follow-through.
  • Growth-oriented role with clear performance expectations (not just administrative).
Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Qualification


  • Make outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and targeted prospects.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess client goals and fit.
  • Qualify prospects for investment planning conversations.
  • Schedule well-vetted appointments for senior advisors.
  • Answer incoming phone calls for the office.

Investment & Operational Support


  • Assist with IPS documentation, onboarding, and account setup.
  • Support investment implementation and follow through.
  • Coordinate data gathering, paperwork, and client requests.
  • Ensure professional and compliance-aligned communication.

Client Experience


  • Act as a polished first point of contact for investment prospects.
  • Reinforce planning value, next steps, and expectations.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs from prospect to advisor to implementation.

Qualifications

Plus


  • Series 6 or Series 7 license
  • Series 63 license

Required


  • Comfort with outbound calls and follow-up.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, process-driven.
  • Interest in investments, financial planning, and client development.

Compensation & Growth
  • Base salary between $35,000 and $55,000 (based on experience).
  • Commission and incentives tied to qualified appointments, asset flow, and execution quality.
