ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm career began while I was in college, working in agency management before moving into auto claims and eventually returning to agency leadership. I'm proud to have built my career with State Farm and to serve the Southeast Louisiana community where I was born and raised. In addition to serving customers throughout Louisiana, I'm also licensed in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi, allowing our agency to help individuals and families across all four states.
Giving back is an important part of our agency. We proudly support our local school district, the Second Harvest Food Bank, and a variety of local youth sports and dance programs. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an
Account Representative for Amy Falcon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to effectively relate to customers.
