ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager with Lynn Bullard State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experience that reinforces the sustainable growth of a successful insurance agency. Your ability to identify needs, match customers with the appropriate products, and build from a current book of business make you a good fit for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities within current book of business.
• Generate business from outside marketing sources.
• Maintain all CE and Licensing for compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
•  Follow customers through the onboarding lifecycle.
• Maintaining product knowledge and compliance.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• A valid U.S. Drivers License
• Property and Casualty Licensed, with the ability to gain Life and Health within the first 60 days in the state of North Carolina
