As an Account Representative for Tanner Chessman’s State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between customer needs and internal agency support. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services
• Assist customers with policy applications, updates, and renewals
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity in agency systems
• Support the agency’s goals by consistently engaging customers and driving sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer service and/or sales preferred (but not required if you have strong sales potential)
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort speaking with people
