ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative at Angie Lewis State Farm Agency, you will play a key role in daily agency operations and client success. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with customers, identify their insurance and financial needs, and act as a trusted advisor. Your proactive approach will help grow our agency by marketing relevant products and services tailored to our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ·         Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to increase retention and agency growth.
    ·         Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
    ·         Address and resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
    ·         Utilize your knowledge of State Farm’s insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.
    ·         Prospect new clients through calling, networking, and follow-up on leads.
    ·         Actively work and manage leads provided by the agency to convert them into customers.
    ·         Represent the agency at community events, fairs, and other outreach opportunities to promote products and services.
    ·         Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
    ·         Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and building rapport with diverse clients.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient with computer applications and willing to learn agency management software.
