As part-time Account Representative for Peggy Langin State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Your part-time position is 20-25 hours per week, and the schedule is flexible. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.
