ROLE DESCRIPTION: Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
Property & Casualty License (must be willing to obtain)
Sales skills, such as relationship building, product knowledge, and upselling
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational abilities for handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software
Motivation to achieve goals and willingness to complete necessary licensing exams
