ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative for Paula Faivre's State Farm office, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-state agency while maintaining a positive, helpful approach with customers
• Professional, courteous attitude and business casual attire required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs required - this is a sales position with sales goals
• Able to anticipate customer needs & be proactive 
• Able to effectively problem solve
• Property & Casualty license or Life & Health license required to start - both required within 30 days of hire
• Skills required:  Positivity when dealing with customers; Ability to receive & implement coaching/training; Someone who thrives inside of a team environment
