ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for State Farm Agent Dawn Moore Jones, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success!  You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services, uncover needs.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle Sales Presentations on our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working for a State Farm Agent(s)
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a huge PLUS!
• Current Property and Casualty License (Willing to obtain a Life/Health License)
• Communication and interpersonal skills--enjoy working with customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
