You’ll work from our modern office in Windermere while helping customers throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.


You’ll greet clients, answer incoming calls, assist with policy service needs, and most importantly — identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance products and coverage options.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome clients in person and over the phone
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with insurance needs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during service conversations
  • Schedule appointments and support office operations
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
  • Support marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate customer records and CRM activity
  • Work closely with our sales team in a high-performance office environment
Requirements
  • Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance License REQUIRED
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone presence
  • Sales-minded personality
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • State Farm experience is a plus
