Account Services Associate I

This position assumes responsibility with regards to providing product, pricing and sales support to Sales, Dealership, Brand Manufacturer and Customers for US and Canada. This position has shared responsibility for contributing to company’s goals and objectives while improving operating efficiencies and expanded services.

Manage phone availability and inbound / outbound call volume. Provide exceptional service and manage SL and AR for service. Provide product, pricing and sales support to Sales, Dealership, Brand Manufacturer and Customers for US and Canada. Bilingual in Portuguese required.

• Serve as subject matter expert for our Extended Service Contract line
• Provide product, pricing and sales support to Sales, Dealership and Brand Manufacturer for US and Canada
• Assist in helping & resolving issues involving Sales, Dealership, Band Manufacturer and Customers 
• Search Company database and files and/or confer with other departmental staff members to select the best solution to solve problem; expedite correction or adjustment.
• Coordinate reporting functions and effective turnaround time
• Assist in achieving company sales and customer service goals & objectives
• Assist with projects as assigned, accurately, timely, and with minimal supervision
