Job Title: Account Services Specialist 
 
Location: Atlanta, GA (Fully On-site)
Shift: 8:00AM- 5:00PM 
Pay: $22/hr. 
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Services Specialist to support device coordination, patient data processing, and operational workflows within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and communication related to patient devices while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
 
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Enter and process patient information into internal systems and CRM platforms with a high level of accuracy.
  • Initialize and track devices assigned to patients, ensuring all information is properly documented.
  • Create shipping labels and manage inbound and outbound device shipments.
  • Upload reports and maintain accurate, up-to-date records within internal systems.
  • Track deliveries and ensure devices are accounted for throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from healthcare partners and internal teams.
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking patients and device activity as needed.
  • Identify and resolve delays in processing or delivery, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and healthcare data standards.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare, administrative, or patient-facing role preferred (Healthcare Background)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Understanding of HIPAA and patient data privacy standards
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume, queue-based work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
