Title: Account Setup Coordinator / Account Review Specialist

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee ((Remote after 3 weeks onsite training)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay: $17-$19/hr on W2

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Parking: Free onsite parking available

Interview Process: Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams (camera on required)

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Setup Coordinator / Account Review Specialist to support account implementation, account reviews, and customer onboarding activities in a fast-paced operational environment. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process customer account information with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful setup and implementation of products and services
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for account-related inquiries and issue resolution
  • Communicate with merchants/customers to resolve missing, incomplete, or conflicting documentation
  • Conduct outbound calls professionally and confidently to support account remediation activities
  • Maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation of all actions, decisions, and outcomes
  • Research account issues, ask clarifying questions, and escalate concerns when appropriate
  • Manage multiple systems, tools, and tasks while meeting deadlines and compliance expectations
  • Ensure all work is completed according to established policies, procedures, and quality standards

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting professionally with customers
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned cases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in account setup, customer service, operations, compliance, banking support, or administrative coordination
  • Experience handling documentation, data entry, or account reviews
  • AML or compliance exposure is a plus, but not required
