Youll handle a variety of responsibilities, develop strong organizational and communication skills, and learn how different areas of the company work together.
What You'll DoAs an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Work alongside experienced staff to learn company procedures, industry practices, and day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative and organizational support across various team functions.
- Assist with communication and follow-up involving clients and candidates.
- Participate in training and onboarding activities to develop a strong understanding of internal processes.
- Take on new responsibilities as skills and knowledge develop, with the opportunity to progress toward managing accounts independently.
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:- Bachelors degree or recent graduation in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Previous internship, office, administrative, or customer-facing experience is helpful.
