You'll be the vital link between our customers and our production floor - entering orders, tracking their progress, and keeping customers in the loop every step of the way. If you love juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, we want to hear from you.Bilingual Spanish-English communication is a must for this role. Experience with SAP systems is a strong plus, but not required.What You'll DoField customer calls and handle communications professionally and promptlyAct as the liaison between Acme and our customers - gathering needs, relaying them to management, and following up to ensure satisfactionEnter and track orders, review open/short/back orders, and log customer conversations in our systemsAssist with production scheduling and shipping as backup supportCover general reception/switchboard duties and support collections on past-due invoicesWhat You BringBilingual fluency in Spanish (spoken) and English (spoken and written) requiredStrong communication and people skillsComfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing shifting prioritiesSharp attention to detail, especially with order entryExperience in a customer service or account specialist role, particularly in manufacturing or similar industrySAP system experience is a plusComfortable with everyday computer tasks including Excel, for tracking orders and managing account data.We look forward to learning more about you! Offers of employment are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screening.
