Trak group is partnering with a growing client seeking an Entry-Level Account Specialist to manage and support the companys Amazon account for one of its key consumer brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in eCommerce and account management, with comprehensive training provided.
The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and eager to learn. This person will work within a small, collaborative team where they will have the opportunity to take ownership, solve problems, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the Amazon business.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the brands Amazon account.
- Learn and execute established eCommerce and account management processes.
- Monitor account activities and help identify issues requiring attention or follow-up.
- Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow projects through completion.
- Identify problems and collaborate with teammates to develop solutions.
- Communicate proactively regarding priorities, questions, challenges, and progress.
- Create structure and establish next steps when working through ambiguous situations.
- Collaborate closely with team members to support account and business objectives.
- Develop knowledge of Amazon, eCommerce, and the companys products through hands-on training.
- Take on additional responsibilities as knowledge and experience grow.
- Strong desire to learn and develop within eCommerce and account management.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and creating structure when needed.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Previous internship, academic, or professional experience involving account management, business, marketing, sales, or eCommerce.
- Experience working in a small, collaborative team environment.
No prior eCommerce experience is required, and comprehensive training will be provided.
