We're partnering with an innovative, pre-IPO medical device company that's expanding its commercial team and looking for driven B2B sales professionals ready to break into medical device sales. This is an opportunity to join an organization early, receive hands-on training, and build a long-term career with a company experiencing significant growth.


The company is already gaining traction within the VA healthcare system, partnering with Podiatry and Physical Therapy providers to bring an innovative home-use medical device to patients. As an Associate Territory Manager, you'll work alongside an experienced Territory Manager, helping grow an expansion territory while developing the clinical knowledge and sales skills needed to manage your own territory.



Geography: Territory covers Nebraska and Iowa, with the majority of account development focused in Nebraska. While there is some existing business, this is primarily an expansion territory with significant opportunity to build relationships, increase market penetration, and drive new business growth.


Compensation

Base $70k/year

Up to $42K yearly commissions (Estimated earnings of $100-120K)

*This is a field-based role requiring 50–75% travel and is designed as a clear path to promotion. Associates who demonstrate strong sales performance and account management can expect to advance into their own Territory Manager role within approximately 12 months, where total compensation has the potential to exceed $200K+ through base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience (any industry)
  • Ability to travel 50–75% throughout the territory by car and air.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


Preferred

  • Medical device sales experience.
  • Experience selling into the VA healthcare system.
