    At Fifth Element, we’re looking for a personable, proactive Account Supervisor to keep things moving and clients feeling confident. You’ll lead day-to-day relationships, steer projects from kickoff through delivery, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you thrive on balancing multiple priorities, collaborating with creative teams, and delivering a seamless client experience, you’ll fit right in.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
    • Lead meetings, prepare presentations, and keep everyone informed and aligned.
    • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that come up promptly and professionally.
    • Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping craft compelling proposals.
    • Encourage a positive team environment where communication and collaboration thrive.


    Requirements
    • 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment, with client management experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

    Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000
