    Job Summary
    The Account Supervisor is a strategic leader responsible for managing high-level client relationships, overseeing the execution of multichannel marketing and communications initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of medical education, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.The Account Supervisor works closely with clients to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring projects are aligned with brand objectives, regulatory requirements, and business goals. This position is also crucial in identifying growth opportunities, mentoring junior team members, and driving operational excellence
    Key Job Responsibilities(Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service
    • Lead brand strategy development in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends
    • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and multichannel initiatives
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Creative, Editorial, Project Management, and Production teams to ensure high-quality execution
    • Own and manage the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review process, ensuring compliance and clear communication of feedback
    • Identify and implement opportunities for account growth, including expanded services and additional client engagements
    • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior account team members, fostering professional development and career growth
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, applying insights to improve client strategy and execution
    • Track and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability, to ensure strong account management
    • Contribute to new business development efforts, including proposals, pitches, and strategic recommendations
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific guidelines throughout project execution

    • Actively participate in internal and client-facing meetings, contributing to discussions and strategic insights.
    Job Qualifications(Skills/Requirements)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within medical education
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, including medical education and MLR processes
    • Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and drive business results
    • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and strategic initiatives
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in budget management, strategic planning, and financial forecasting
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively
    • Ability to travel (locally and nationally) up to 25% of the time
    • Willingness to go beyond what is described in the job description and be flexible for the team, and ultimately, the work
