This is a hybrid role out of our New York City or Philadelphia office

Were looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team and help deliver impactful healthcare communications programmes for a range of clients. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and is passionate about improving lives through health innovation.

Role Overview

As an Account Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day client programmes, manage project delivery, and support strategic communications initiatives across healthcare and corporate accounts. Youll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business growth opportunities, and mentor junior team members.

 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic counsel
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Develop high-quality communications materials including press releases, social content, reports, presentations, and client updates
• Support strategic planning and implementation across integrated communications programmes
• Contribute to new business activity including proposals, presentations, and research
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members and help foster a collaborative team culture
• Monitor industry trends and apply insights to client recommendations and programme development

 Skills & Experience

• 68 years experience in communications, PR, healthcare marketing, or a related field
• Agency and/or healthcare communications experience preferred
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering strategic communications programmes
• Confident presenter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, business, healthcare/science, or related discipline preferred

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary thats why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.

Compensation

$80,000-$92,000 USD
