Because it's everyone's role to make health more human.Inizio Evoke Comms is a global, award‑winning health communications agency partnering with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech, consumer, and non‑profit clients to deliver insights‑driven public relations, policy, and communications programs that advance health and wellbeing worldwide.This is a hybrid role out of our New York City or Philadelphia office.We're looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team and help deliver impactful healthcare communications programmes for a range of clients. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and is passionate about improving lives through health innovation.Role OverviewAs an Account Supervisor, you will lead day‑to‑day client programmes, manage project delivery, and support strategic communications initiatives across healthcare and corporate accounts. You'll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business growth opportunities, and mentor junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic counselLead and manage projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are metDevelop high‑quality communications materials including press releases, social content, reports, presentations, and client updatesSupport strategic planning and implementation across integrated communications programmesContribute to new business activity including proposals, presentations, and researchProvide guidance and feedback to junior team members and help foster a collaborative team cultureMonitor industry trends and apply insights to client recommendations and programme developmentSkills & Experience6–8 years' experience in communications, PR, healthcare marketing, or a related fieldAgency and/or healthcare communications experience preferredStrong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing client relationships and delivering strategic communications programmesConfident presenter with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilitiesCollaborative, proactive, and detail‑oriented approachBachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, healthcare/science, or related discipline preferredWhat We're Looking ForPassion for healthcare and communicationsStrong understanding of traditional and social media landscapesA team player who can work independently and lead with confidenceSomeone who brings initiative, creativity, and a solutions‑focused mindset to every projectInizio Evoke Comms provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company‑paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off.Compensation$80,000—$92,000 USDWe are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
