divh2Account Technician/h2pAn Account Technician assists and supports licensed staff members with the servicing, production, and renewal of customer insurance accounts. In addition to providing customer support via careful, detail-oriented maintenance of accounts, additional responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:/pulliRenewing customer policy information internally/liliCreating client mailings for insurance documents and notices/liliRetrieving client documentation from various company websites/liliIdentifying premium increases and remarketing opportunities to reduce costs to clients/liliAssisting Account Managers with customer requested changes and processing of endorsement documentation and billing/liliProcessing mail received for client accounts/liliIdentifying policy cancellations for Account Manager follow up/liliGeneral account cleanup and maintenance for client accounts/li/ulpAnderson Insurance Associates is an employee-owned organization with over 40 years of service to South Carolina residents.
