Job Summary

This position will be stationed at the front desk in the District Office and will serve as the initial point of contact for the public. The Account Technician will perform general clerical duties including sorting, filing, duplicating, searching, answering the telephone, and responding to informational inquiries in addition to the accounting responsibilities.

Requirements / Qualifications

A minimum of two years of experience in fiscal record management and reporting involving manual and computer assisted processes preferably in a school district or county office setting. Knowledge of and skills in efficient office techniques, tools, procedures and knowledge of school functions, policies, rules and regulations. Training or coursework in accounting, bookkeeping and business practices and procedures

• Resume - 2 to 3 Letters of Recommendations (Current within the last 12 months) - Letter of Introduction

Comments and Other Information

Keyes Union School District has a 10-step range for the salary schedule. Placement will be based upon experience. All new hires to KUSD will be placed no higher than step 4 on the salary schedule. The salary range for steps 1 through 4 are $25.70 to $29.75 per hour
