Accountability Court Case MGR

Assist program clients with development of social and professional skills. Ensures program clients have access to group meetings or classes required for their participation in the program. Ensures that clients are properly notified of drug testing requirements, assist in ensuring compliance with State Court drug lab requirements. Attend client staffing meetings on a regular basis and assist in providing update on clients in the program. Ensures that the case management system is accurate with up to date records regarding the history and compliance matters of each case. Ensures clients are in compliance with all court orders. Assist the Accountability Court Coordinator with day to day operations and case management for the State Accountability Court Programs.

Key Responsibilites and Performance Standards

• Ensures that the clients are in compliance with all court orders and meeting expectations of the accountability court staff and progressing through the program in a manner as determined appropriate by the staffing team.
• Ensures that clients are being properly screened for drug/alcohol abuse as determined appropriate by the staffing team and ensuring that the drug lab staff is operating the drug lab in an efficient manner.
• Tracks payments of court and drug screening fees.
• Attends client staffing meetings on a regular basis and provides updates on clients in the program.
• Ensures that the case management system is accurate with up-to-date records regarding the history and compliance matters of each case.
• Works with Judge and Accountability Court Coordinator to plan and prepare for program graduation, which should be held on a quarterly basis.
