The Accounting department tracks revenue and expenditures, relays necessary financial reports and book-entering, maintains ledgers, processes and records revenues and prepares general purpose financial statements. Its oversight and guidance to other internal departments ensures that legal requirements, policies and procedures are all consistently applied to maintain the integrity of Hawai'i Pacific Health's finances.

As an Accountant I, you will provide essential support to the administrative and financial departments so that they can operate smoothly and maintain consistent standards of excellence across the spectrum of our hospitals, clinics and offices. Your responsibilities will include preparing recurring journal entries and non-complex reconciliations, as well as performing other GL duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field. One (1) year of accounting experience in a health care setting.
