IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED
ACS Staffing is seeking an experienced Accountant for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a distribution warehouse in Carson, California.
Weekly Pay: $1,080.00–$1,200.00, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and related documentation
- Maintain accounts receivable records and apply customer payments
- Prepare and process customer invoices
- Contact customers regarding past-due balances and collection matters
- Review account activity and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
- Communicate with customers, vendors and internal departments
- Assist with general accounting and reporting duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of accounting experience is required
- Previous accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Collections and invoicing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
