This is a fully onsite role (M-F) , offering the opportunity to make a significant impact as the company scales and requires a strong focus on direct spend and purchase order management for inventory, manufacturing, and R&D purchases.About the Role:In this role, you'll take ownership of complex Accounts Payable activities, acting as a strategic partner to the supply chain and procurement teams. Rather than simply processing invoices, you'll dive deep into purchase orders, deposits, partial receipts, and vendor arrangements to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys solving problems, asking questions, and driving improvements.What You'll Do:Manage end-to-end AP processes with a strong emphasis on direct spend and PO-based transactions.Collaborate closely with buyers and procurement teams to establish and maintain purchase orders.Handle deposits, partial receipts, and complex vendor arrangements.Ensure accurate general ledger coding for expenses, capitalized costs, and inventory-related transactions.Perform reconciliations and manage AP aging/vendor statements.Support month-end close activities and contribute to process optimization as transaction volume grows.Act as a proactive partner to procurement and supply chain teams, resolving issues and improving workflows.Support additional operational functions within the scope of the role.What We're Seeking:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5–7+ years of Accounts Payable experience, with a focus on PO-driven environments.Hands‑on experience with month‑end close and reconciliations.Experience working with multi‑entity operations, including intercompany transactions.Proficiency with accounting and payable software and ability to implement process improvements.Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.Preferred:Experience in a high‑volume manufacturing company or similar operationally complex environment.Manufacturing or Big Four accounting background.Experience in growth‑stage or startup environments.Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and education.)Benefits: Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), company equity, unlimited PTO, and more!Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing and FinanceFinancial Services, Accounting, and Services for Renewable Energy#J-18808-Ljbffr
