Key Requirements:
  • Must have  experience in accounting, finance or construction management
  • Must have the ability to prepare and produce accurate monthly financial statements
  • Perform reconciliations to the general ledger
  • Manage and analyze work in progress(WIP) schedules using POC Method
  • Assist with cash flow management and Margin reporting
  • support internal financial controls and reporting processes
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of WIP and POC, Cost Accounting
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas and financial functions
  • Experience creating financial graphs and visual reports is a plus
  • Experience with construction accounting software preferred

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  • Temp-Hire
