Job Info

Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage all accounting transactions. • Updating general ledgers transactions. • Updating accounts payable transactions. • Updating accounts receivable transactions. • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Ensure timely bank statement. • BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) Month wise. • Prepare inventory report on Monthly, Half Yearly & Yearly Basis after verifying inventory. • Identify bad Debts in Customer and Update Management for Necessary Action. • Compute Taxes and Prepare Tax Returns. • Submitting Quarterly Tax Returns. • Processing Tax Payments and Returns. • Preparing and analyzing financial statements like cash flow statement, Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet. • Documentation financial transactions. • Handle Monthly, Quarterly and annual closings. • Follow Government rules for account transactions. • Analysis accounts ledger and update adjustments. • Updating fixed assets & depreciation calculations.

Requirements: • 2 years of experience as an accountant. • Bachelors or higher degree in accounting. • Fluent in the English language. • Good communication skills.
