We're looking for a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to join our team and help keep our financials as sharp as our work.Position SummaryReporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities. This role is a great fit for someone with a solid accounting foundation who is comfortable working in a multi‑entity environment and ready to grow with a fast‑moving company.General Accounting & ReportingProvide timely and accurate accounting support across multiple entities.Contribute to financial statement compilations and support internal and external reporting requirements.Prepare financial, accounting, and administrative reports and analyses as needed.General Ledger & ReconciliationPerform routine and complex account reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet), including bank accounts, debt agreements, and revenue/expense items.Maintain accuracy across multiple ERPs and operating modules to ensure consistent financial reporting.Month‑End CloseExecute assigned month‑end close procedures accurately and on schedule.Provide required documentation to support annual financial statement reviews and audits.Fixed AssetsAssist in managing fixed asset accounting across entitiesAccounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (Preferred)Process vendor payments and support AP/AR workflows with proper documentation.Support accurate and timely AR collections and AP disbursements across entities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Experience working across multiple entities or in a multi‑company environment is expected.Familiarity with month‑end close processes and account reconciliation.AR/AP experience is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.Proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems.Why Goodhouse?At Goodhouse, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in doing quality work — whether that's in the field or behind the numbers.
