Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable
Accountant to support the financial operations of our
computer server assembly warehouse. This role is responsible for managing key accounting functions such as
cost tracking, inventory accounting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close activities. The ideal candidate has experience in
manufacturing or warehouse environments, understands cost accounting, and is comfortable working with ERP systems and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
general ledger entries, journal postings, and account reconciliations
Track and analyze
cost of goods sold (COGS) and manufacturing-related expenses
Maintain accurate
inventory accounting including cycle count adjustments and variance analysis
Support
accounts payable and receivable processes: invoice review, payment tracking, and collections
Reconcile
bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions
Assist with
month-end and year-end closing activities, including reporting and audit preparation
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to financial transactions
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to monitor
material costs and production variances
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review
Support external audits and financial reviews as needed
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors degree in
accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum
2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a
manufacturing, warehouse, or electronics industry
Solid understanding of
GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting
Proficiency in
ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Strong skills in
Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in
inventory or cost accounting within a production/assembly environment
Familiarity with
ESD-controlled environments and tech manufacturing workflows
CPA certification or progress toward certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred

Office setting within a

May occasionally require walking on the production floor for inventory or audit support
