AR Accountant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join a growing finance and accounting team in the Glen Allen, VA area. This role is ideal for someone with strong AR experience who enjoys transactional accounting, customer communication, process improvement, and opportunities for growth. The position is office-based and contract-to-hire.
Schedule: in office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Contract pay is $32 to $37 per hour
Permanent salary range is $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.

Ideal Candidate will have 3 to 5 years of strong accounts receivable experience. A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered. This role requires someone detail-oriented, comfortable with high-volume transactional work, and interested in supporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
Technology includes experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and accounting software is preferred.
