Are you detail-oriented and passionate about financial accuracy? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the financial health of their operations.
About the Role
This role is crucial for managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will contribute to the organization's financial stability by handling various accounting tasks, supporting inventory reconciliation, and tracking expenditures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, including processing invoices and customer collections.
- Handle accounts payable by entering bills and processing cash disbursements.
- Maintain treasury management by collecting deposits, processing ACHs, and reconciling bank statements.
- Perform journal entries and generate end-of-month financial reports, including payroll journal entries.
- Support the PC Supply Chain Manager in inventory reconciliation and develop inventory control processes, such as cycle counting.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of balance sheets.
- Assist the controller with daily tracking of revenues and expenses against budget, prior year, and forecast.
- Track CapEx spending on a project-level basis.
- Manage order entry, invoicing, and reconciliation of fuel surcharges.
- Perform analysis as requested.
- Complete other tasks as needed or requested.
- All tasks will be performed for both the Richland and Perma-Column East locations.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable management.
- Experience with treasury management and bank reconciliation.
- Ability to perform journal entries and generate financial reports.
- Experience in inventory reconciliation and control processes.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking revenues, expenses, and CapEx spending.
- Proficiency in managing order entry, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks.
- Willingness to perform tasks across multiple locations.
