Record revenue, remit royalties, remit and report severance taxes for oil and gas sales associated with company and outside operated properties. Process natural gas plant allocations. Review and process division of interest changes received from Land Administration, collect and monitor accounts receivable, monitor gas balancing, pipeline imbalances, and prepare related entries. Prepare Division monthly revenue accruals, analyze Division financial statements and prepare variance explanations. Perform account reconciliation and analysis on revenue related general ledger accounts. Respond to royalty owners'' inquiries and work on special projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree from an accredited institution, in Accounting or related business field, including core accounting classes relevant to the position, is required. CPA designation is a plus. Working knowledge of and ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles. Position requires sound analytical ability. Ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely. Must be able to meet rigorous deadlines and work effectively with others. Must be able to perform most assignments with minimal supervision. Must be proficient with MS Excel. Quick learner, self-starter, and independent worker
