Job Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide analytical and operational support to TE's Business Units. The position will report to the process delivery Team Leader, focused on Cash Application, Client Credit Management, Disputes Management and/or Collections.

• Experience in Accounts Receivables (is a plus).
• Analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems and influence the organization for decision making.
• Communication skills.

Job Requirements

Maintain customer accounts and reconciliation to identify unresolved/unpaid open items.

Prepare O2C related process documentation (process maps and work instructions).

Perform cash collection processing (sending reminders, communication via sales channel, direct interaction with customers and sales).

Perform cash management activities including cash allocation & bank statements reconciliation.

Research and solve payment discrepancies and monitor customer accounts details for non-payments and delayed payments.

Support resolution of escalated AR, credit issues, dispute management and ensure timely resolution.

Execute periodically O2C reporting or upon request KPI's measurements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.

Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes.

Execute the cash application process as per company's policy.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients.

All other duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units (is a plus).
• Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment (is a plus).
• Experience with MS Excel preferred and basic ERP systems (is a plus).

Education

• Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration

• Able to work with all areas of the organization
• Intermediate to Advance in English
• Accounting background (is a plus)
• Experience with ERPs (is a plus)
