The Financial Analyst will support Wholesale and related business functions through month-end close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and analysis. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple systems (S) and providing insights into sales, margins, and variances.ResponsibilitiesMonth-End Close & AccountingPrepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Wholesale and Accounts Receivable accountsRecord and manage manual journal entries, including reserves, accruals (returns, merchant fees, chargebacks), and true-upsMaintain and reconcile NetSuite and United-related activity to SAP, including preparation of adjusting entriesReclassify sales returns and ensure accurate accounting treatmentReconciliations & ReportingReconcile BI reports (Dropship, NetSuite, United) to the general ledgerPerform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies between business unitsAnalyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for reasonablenessRevenue & Margin AnalysisPrepare Gross-to-Net sales and margin analysis by customer for Wholesale stakeholdersIdentify and explain key sales and margin variances vs. forecast and budgetSupport monthly reporting deliverables and provide actionable commentaryForecasting & BudgetingLoad and maintain customer-level sales and margin forecasts in SAS Financial ManagementPartner with Sales and Planning teams on forecast updates and variance trackingSupport annual budget process, including analysis of trends and key driversSpecialized Accounting AreasManage dropship reserve accounting and reconcile dropship sales activityAnalyze inventory reserves and provide insights on potential risks and exposureSupport royalty reporting and coordination with TreasurySystems & Process SupportEnsure proper integration and data flow between operational systems (e.g., ITF, SAP)Support post-go-live activities and ongoing process improvementsMaintain data integrity of financial reporting toolsAd Hoc AnalysisRespond to frequent ad hoc requests from Sales, Treasury, and Finance leadershipProvide detailed analysis such as reserve calculations, margin insights, and operational supportQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experienceStrong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reportingExperience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite preferred) and planning tools (SAS FM a plus)Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracyStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingEffective communication and business partnering skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPay RangeUSD $57,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.#J-18808-Ljbffr
