Job Overview

The Analyst role delivers independent execution of standard end-to-end accounting processes within an expanded scope, covering assigned entities and processes. The Analyst applies analytical judgment to resolve issues and ensures quality and compliance in operational outputs.

Job Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Perform end-to-end general ledger activities, including but not limited to:
• Journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities
• Fixed assets, cash management, intercompany, and reporting tasks
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain process documentation and support audits.
• Interact with operational stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate as contributor in improvement initiatives.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4+ years of experience in General Accounting or R2R roles.
• Shared Services experience supporting multiple entities preferred.
• Accounting ERP (SAP) experience.
• Technical degree in Accounting or undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (completed or in progress), with relevant experience in end to end accounting processes.

• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Intermediate Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
