Performs professional and technical duties in support of business activities and/or grant management for the Public Utilities Engineering & Project Management Division operations. Work involves preparing and maintaining budgetary, accounting, financial and statistical records; reviewing and analyzing financial transactions and identifying technical issues that need to be addressed; and aids the Division managers and/or the public regarding financial and accounting activities pertaining to Division programs, services, or grant related activities. This position requires close working relationships with key Division or program staff and may act as a liaison among Procurement, Clerk's Finance and other operating Divisions as necessary to achieve desired results.
