What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a corporate or multi-entity environment
  • Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
  • Intercompany and/or multi-currency experience preferred
  • IFRS experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • SAP experience preferred along with strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and internal management reporting
  • Perform intercompany accounting and support multi-entity, multi-currency reporting
  • Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and reporting to parent company
  • Support internal and external audits, including SOX controls and audit documentation
  • Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Research and analyze technical accounting topics under IFRS as needed
  • Partner with operational and corporate teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
  • Assist with financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Contribute to process improvements and ongoing system enhancements (SAP environment)
