## Job Summary
The Accountant III performs advanced accounting functions, including complex journal entries, financial analysis, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and preparing financial statements.
The Accountant III works closely with senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve internal controls, and optimize financial processes.

Community Health Systems, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) 330 HRSA Grantee with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. Established from the roots of Inland Empire Community Health Center in Bloomington, CHSI has grown with community health centers in the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.
