Accountant

Specialized Recruiting Group has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in City of Industry to identify an experienced Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate financial records.

Pay: $25.00- $27.00 DOE

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review invoices, payments, and financial transactions for accuracy
• Research and resolve account discrepancies
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
