DescriptionAs an Accounts Senior/Semi-Senior, you will support the accounts team in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts for a portfolio of clients.

- Review and support trainees, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Maintain strong client relationships, responding to queries with professionalism and a client-first attitude.
- Organise your workload effectively to meet deadlines and prepare work for managerial review.
- Ensure accurate logging of chargeable time and support effective fee recovery. Key Requirements• AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified (or actively working towards qualification).
- Those 'qualified by experience' will also be considered.
- Proven practice experience - Audit experience is desirable but not essential. Additional Requirements• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent time management.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
- Hybrid working considered
- Experience with cloud-based accounting tools (e.g. Xero) is an advantage.
