Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Accountant for an on-site position located in Boca Raton, FL. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks include processing accounts payable and receivable, conducting financial reconciliations, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support various financial processes and audits.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
Experience with Financial Reconciliations and cross-functional financial processes
Proficiency in Accounting Software, Spreadsheet Tools (e.g., Excel), and Technology Systems
Detail-oriented approach to Bookkeeping and Regulatory Compliance
Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
Effective Communication and Collaborative Teamwork capabilities
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in corporate accounting or auditing is an advantage
