The Senior Accountant will have direct exposure to senior leadership, ownership of accounting processes, and the opportunity to build scalable financial infrastructure within a high-growth, multi-entity insurance organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Prepare financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
Conduct technical accounting research.
Support external audits.
Develop and maintain internal controls.
Partner with FP&A, Tax, and business teams.
Improve accounting processes and infrastructure.
Support M&A due diligence and integration.
Qualifications
3–4 years accounting experience.
2+ years public accounting experience preferred.
Big 4 or comparable firm background preferred.
CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred.
Insurance accounting experience preferred.
Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.
Advanced Excel skills.
