About the Opportunity for an Accountant:

• Join a collaborative finance team supporting key financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Opportunity to work hands-on with Excel, financial statements, and data analysis
• Play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and delivering insights to leadership

Overview of the Accountant role:

• Perform bank reconciliations by downloading data into Excel and cross-referencing with internal reports
• Prepare and format financial statements using Excel, including pivot tables and data organization
• Strong understanding of debits and credits with the ability to analyze and reconcile financial data
• Analyze financial data, “tick and tie” reports, and ensure accuracy across multiple sources
• Create charts, dashboards, and export reports into PDF format for leadership review

Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant role:

• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting
• Ability to work with large data sets and manually validate (tick and tie) financial data
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Salary:

$75,000 – $82,000 annually | 100% onsite
