Target Compensation: $29.00 - $31.00/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:

• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and account analysis activities
• Review and reconcile client-related billing and revenue transactions
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications for the Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
