LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the Norman area to identify an Accountant with 2-3 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their skills in a collaborative environment while gaining exposure to a variety of accounting functions.
Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Generate financial reports and assist with variance analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Utilize QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting functions and reporting.
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
2-3 years of accounting experience.
Strong experience using QuickBooks required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
