Accountant Responsibilities

• 
  
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
• 
  
• The Accountant will assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Prepare financial reports and support internal reporting needs
• 
  
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
• 
  
• The Accountant will support audit requests and maintain accounting documentation
• 
  
• The Accountant will utilize ERP systems to manage and analyze financial data
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant Role

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 
  
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• 
  
• Experience working with ERP software, with SAP experience greatly preferred
• 
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables & VLOOKUPS)
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
•
