Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities
• 
  
• Invoice customers and monitor outstanding receivables
• 
  
• Respond to customer and sales team inquiries regarding invoices and account activity
• 
  
• Perform monthly close activities for the U.S. subsidiary
• 
  
• Manage sales tax reporting and compliance
• 
  
• Maintain customer records and update ERP systems
• 
  
• Reconcile company credit card activity and financial transactions
• 
  
• Assist with company tax administration
• 
  
• Monitor cash flow and profitability trends
• 
  
• Partner with suppliers, banking institutions, customers, and international headquarters
• 
  
• Support financial reporting and ongoing accounting operations
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 3+ years of accounting and/or accounts receivable experience
• 
  
• Accounting degree preferred
• 
  
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• 
  
• Experience with ERP systems required; Monitor ERP experience is a plus
• 
  
• Export invoicing experience, particularly with Canada, is a plus
• 
  
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• 
  
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•
